This event reflected nearly two decades of PGNCOM’s journey in contributing to the telecommunications and information technology sectors while reaffirming the company’s commitment to driving innovation in the digital era.
As part of the Road to PGNCOM’s 18th Anniversary series, several activities were conducted to strengthen relationships among employees and the community, including BAPOR, an internal sports competition, and a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program at the Tahfidzul Qur'an An-Nuriyyah Orphanage in Bekasi.

BAPOR PGNCOM Competitions
The BAPOR internal sports competition took place from December to January 2025, featuring various sports such as Mini Soccer, Badminton, E-Sports, and a Fun Run. This event aimed to foster camaraderie and teamwork among PGNCOM employees. Winners of the BAPOR competition received special recognition during the anniversary celebration as an appreciation for their sportsmanship.
CSR Program in Bekasi
As part of its commitment to the community, PGNCOM conducted a CSR program at the Tahfidzul Qur'an An-Nuriyyah Orphanage in Bekasi on January 8, 2025. This event brought joy to the orphanage’s children while strengthening the company’s social responsibility values. PGNCOM provided donations, including Quran study materials, children’s storybooks, groceries, and hygiene supplies.
18th Anniversary Celebration Highlights
The event was attended by PGN shareholder representatives, Mr. Rachmat Hutama, and YKPP representatives. PGNCOM President Director, Mr. Larassetyo Wibowo, delivered an inspiring message about PGNCOM’s vision to continuously transcend traditional boundaries for a better future.
PGNCOM also upheld its unique tradition of inviting retired members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and former employees to its anniversary celebrations. This tradition serves as a reminder of the contributions of predecessors who played a significant role in PGNCOM's development.
A symbolic cake and tumpeng cutting ceremony marked the gratitude for PGNCOM’s 18-year journey. The event also featured a video showcasing congratulatory messages from PGNCOM’s regional offices and work units across Indonesia.
During the celebration, PGNCOM honored employees who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and loyalty over the past 8 years. Additionally, awards were presented to winners of sports and game competitions, along with engaging activities such as interactive games and door prizes, offering attractive rewards such as shopping vouchers, smartwatches, and premium electronic devices.
Closing the Celebration with Optimism
The grand finale of PGNCOM’s 18th anniversary featured a stellar performance by Playback Band, closing remarks, and the grand prize draw. The vibrant energy and enthusiasm throughout the event reflected the strong sense of unity within the PGNCOM family.
