PGNCOM Won 3rd Best Customer Management at the 8th BUMN Award

As a subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), PT. PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara (PGNCOM), which operates in the telecommunications sector, understands how big the role of the customer is in the survival of the company.

Thanks to PGNCOM's persistence in providing services that result in customer satisfaction, on Thursday (28/3/2019), PGNCOM managed to become the 3rd winner in the Best Customer Management category in the 8th BUMN Award 2019 organized by BUMN Track Magazine at the Hotel Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan, Jakarta.

This award, of course, does not necessarily stop PGNCOM from continuing to improve services in order to build a country that always prioritizes customer satisfaction.
